Mastery – Repetition, Variations, and Depth was published yesterday and as you can surmise is about learning, one of my favorite topics. I’m not sure we teach the realities to those new to our profession. We can’t learn it all, know it all, master it all. We can’t measure our career by what we don’t know or we’ll never feel like we are succeeding. I wrote it after a period of thinking on documentation. I think the two are more closely related than we realize.  I’ll write more soon on that part of it.
